"In June, we prepared for our first camping trip to Otter Lake in Marshalls Creek, PA. I hooked the trailer up to my truck, checked the lights and started to depart. It was then that I noticed that the trailer would not move. As our first camping trip slowly turned into disaster, I contacted the Garick service department and spoke to Peter. He started to go over every possible reason that the brakes were not disengaging, when he determined that the brake control inside my truck had gone bad. I brought the truck to Garick RV that day and spoke to Bernie who was well versed with the problem that I had. Bernie and George started to work on the trailer right away and within moments found that the brake control box had gone bad. They replaced it, assuring me that it was covered under warranty, and had me out of the shop within ten minutes. These three gentlemen did in fact turn a bad situation into a very enjoyable weekend. We have traveled to four different states already and are eager to continue to enjoy the world of camping.
One of the reasons that I purchased my travel trailer was due to Terry Sampson. She took the time to show us serveral different trailers and answered numerous questions. She was well versed with every type of trailer that was there and compared the different equipment to help us determine which trailer would be best for us. She even entertained my two children, while my wife and I spoke and then reviewed our options. These four people are a true asset to your dealership and should be commended. Today, it is extremely difficult to find employees that are dedicated to their work like these people are. You should be proud to have them as part of your staff. We are lucky to have found Garick RV."

"Some of you have been asking to see how we travel. We have what is known as a 5th Wheel Travel Trailer. It hooks up to a hefty hitch located in the back of our pickup truck and detaches when we get to a site so we can then tour without the trailer. The portion over the truck is the queen size bedroom area and full bath. Center section is the kitchen and living room and the last 10 feet is a multi-purpose area that is now where my office desk is with storage of our bikes and tools. In the winter it also becomes my studio where I have a complete wood turning shop. The entire back opens up and drops down to open the entire room to nature. Some people buy this style to carry motorcycles or ATV's. The interior is all hardwood cherry cabinetry. The trailer is 35 feet long and attached we are 52 feet. Hope this helps your imagination of how we travel. Our best, P and J "
